September 4, 2011 Meditation – Day 21: Living Your Dharma
Today is Day 21! If you started on the first day and have arrived at this point, congratulations!!! You have done something magnificent . . . you set your course, you opened your heart, you deeply explored your soul, and here you are on this beautiful day. Now is the time for you to take a bow, give yourself a hug, and celebrate! You have created a meditation ritual for yourself . . . it’s woven into the fabric of your being, and now you have everything it takes to have a daily practice. All you need to do is choose it each day. We suggest 30 minutes twice each day . . . once in the morning and once in the afternoon or evening – you choose the time.

September 3, 2011 Meditation – Day 20: Community
Who are you in your community? Each of us has a dharma, a purpose in life, that is expressed through us with effortless ease. When we take time to sit in silence each day, we become more aware of our distinctive gifts and how we can best use them in the world.
Most often, our unique talents are shared with the community in which we live. What do your friends and family come to you for? When sharing yourself most authentically, what do you enjoy doing?
Let’s explore this together in our guided meditation on community.
