Meditation – Day 3: The Creator

“Consciousness is the potential for all creation. . . . The more consciousness you have, the more potential you have to create.” (Deepak Chopra, ‘The Book of Secrets’)  The creator is truly a translator of consciousness as a second language – every thought, word, and action is a divine expression of the universe.

Creativity rests deep within each and every one of us and is expressed in our own individual and unique way. Whether we’re writing an article, developing software, planning our child’s birthday party, or choosing what to wear, we are engaged in acts of creativity. And when we meditate consistently and spend time in the space between thoughts – the gap that is the source of all inspiration and creativity – we are able to spontaneously express our creativity in joyful, fulfilling, and wondrous ways.
